NEONEX has reached another milestone in its growth strategy: Carsten Weber (Ph.D.) is joining the management consultancy's leadership team as a partner with immediate effect. Together with NEONEX, he is pursuing the goal of increasing the industrial performance of companies, fully exploiting digitization potential and sustainably strengthening the competitiveness of German industry.
With over 20 years of experience in industrial consulting and numerous successful projects, Carsten Weber has in-depth expertise in the areas of manufacturing execution systems, supply chain management, digital transformation and future-oriented technologies. His professional career includes management positions in other renowned management consultancies, where he gained extensive experience in the digital transformation of industrial companies.
Through his teaching activities as a lecturer at various universities, he also combines practical expertise with in-depth knowledge of the current state of research and relevant studies. He now brings this know-how to his role at NEONEX, where he is playing a key role in scaling the new value stream simulation software Value Stream Designer. This innovative software digitally captures complex value streams, visualizes them automatically and creates a clear decision-making basis for process optimization. Precise data analyses and a targeted value stream design enable companies to make processes future-proof and competitive, scale them efficiently and optimize processes end-to-end.
